Description

The walk lights on all sides of the intersection on First St. and Charles/Cambridgeside Pl are not signalling. It's not they they aren't lit, they're skipped entirely. Pressing the buttons on at least 2 of the corners doesn't help, either (the two eastern corners). I noticed this on Monday Nov 27th around 10 am. I waited at least 2 cycles. That afternoon around 4 pm, I did get get a walk signal. I also couldn't get a walk signal on Nov 28th, at either 10 am or 4 pm.
