It is great that Carol has Granger on their way, but I presume they have some process for picking these up. Rather than spend time writing it up just move the container to the side of the house. I do this frequently.

Thank You Carol. When my brother switched to a city trash container, Granger wasted no time picking his up his last day of scheduled service. Instead of cluttering up the yard, best to have it removed altogether. The Granger trash pick up day is monday and they never even attempt to see if there is anything in the container, leading me to believe that it is a no trash pick up order. Just contact Granger and let them know the address and they will pick it up. The drivers who pick up trash have no way of knowing if it is abandoned.
