The roof of this home has curling shingles and roofing is in very poor condition

This property is in dire need of attention. It appears the occupant is a hoarder. The front porch and ramp is chucked full of junk, the whole yard is piled up with junk. I would be afraid to see what the inside looks like.

4dr oldsmobile cutlass supreme. This vechicle has no plate and it has been parked in the street for months without being moved. Snowplows have went around it and it has set apparently abandoned. It sits in front of 904 Dornell

The black dodge durango belongs to the 818 property even though it is parked on the side of the house in the drive area of the forclosed home for sale next door to the west of 818. It has sit in this spot for months. It is either parked in the drive of a home not belonging to them or would qualify as front yard parking. They have a history at 818 for disabled vehicles. Poorly maintained property. As of today, a sectional sofa is in the front yard with a "FREE" tag on it.

There are two disabled oldsmobile vehicles in this drive. They have been there for quite some time.

The tree at the curb needs to be trimmed. It is in the power lines and branches are hanging low enough to just about knock your hat off on the sidewalk. I've been here over 20 years and it has been trimmed once. I wouldn't mind if it were trimmed back to the stump. It is a messy tree that sheds leaves,and twigs all summer long.

After I filled some water jugs at north cemetary this evening, I went down orchard court toward louisa. As I passed by, my car was hit with a water balloon from a group of young 8-15yr kids, I stopped immediately and called police. The kids scattered, went into the duplex(both sides) and was in the upstairs windows waiting. Police came, I let her know what duplex it was where all the kids were, she asked if my car was damaged, it wasn't, so she said she would "keep an eye on them". I thought that is why we had the camera on orchard court? Not even a knock on the door to address it with any adult if there were even any ? The kids were in the upstairs yelling F*** you and the police. It may seem like just kids being kids? Whats next? A brick? A gun? Not even a knock and talk. No wonder they do it, no consequences or even a talking to. Guess I'll have to wait until the brick comes thru the window and hits me in the head(or bullet) then an officer may actually get out of the car?

I fill water jugs to water the pots on s.cedar. Ive noticed there are several headstones pushed off the foundations, trash in cemetary. One day/evening I went there was a young man sleeping in the cemetary (Indian decent). I've seen him more than once walking/pacing while I was there.

This property has been in disrepair for several years now. Tarps on roof, Tree on roof, overgrown yard. This property hasn't been occupied for several years and it needs to be stepped up in the process of make safe or demolish.

I've called to report to police department and code compliance with no changes to the situation. The windows on the south side of this home are WIDE OPEN. Inviting animals and criminal activity inside the home. Not sure if utilitys have been shut off either. The yard is an absolute mess, Trash out to the curb that granger refused to pick up monday on normal pick up day. Trash overflowing curbside now inviting animals to make a bigger mess. The house is an eyesore to the neighborhood. It has not improved since the last postings. If anything, it is getting worse(windows wide open).

bags of leaves on front porch, yard full of junk/debris/tires. Mattress(s) are behind the garage/polebuilding. Fence along Jolly road in disrepair with missing boards, leaning, unstained rotting boards, cardboard filling in where fence boards once were. This property is now vacant. I can only imagine how they left the inside of this property. I hope this is put on someones to do list and not passed by or ignored. If and when it snows, I will keep reporting the issue of sidewalks not being cleared. With a tenant, they were not cleared last winter nor were they cited for it. The sidewalk that runs along jolly road beside this property is heavily traveled and never cleared. Its not an issue of if injury or death occuring, more of an issue of when

yard is full of junk, mattress(s) are behind the garage/pole building. Renters have moved out. Owner has came but couldn't get in, not sure if she has yet. There is a cat inside the house also. The renters should be hunted down and charged for this mess, not the homeowner. Front porch is full with yardwaste bags.

Curb is littered with trash again from this property. It has been there for at least the last 5 days I know of. Appears to be alot of junk piled up behind this property as well. This is a red tagged property that isn't showing any signs of improvement yet. Any permits pulled to get out of red tag status? I see it is claimed as 100% homestead on tax roll. Can this be when it isn't/can't be occupied?
