Sidewalk in front of 49 Costanzo Court (student housing) has not been shoveled and storm was 5 days ago. I walk my dog in the morning and at night, often in the dark due to my work schedule, and this presents a safety hazard to both myself and my dog since we then have to walk in the street & cars often drive well over the speed limit, particularly student vehicles.
