Opis

Not sure who is responsible for removing the snow on this sidewalk but it has not been touched by a shovel or a snowblower. It stretches from 297 to 305 Biehl and it borders on the retaining pond in the neighborhood. Once again, I was forced to walk in the street with my dog in the dense fog this morning and a school bus even honked at me even though I was as close to the snowbank as I could get but could go no farther.
