29 Truman Street. Garbage in the street, on the sidewalk, loose on the driveway. This location is a recurring problem. The residents do not secure the garbage allowing garbage to spill out, do not put the toters to the curb for pickup (this morning), do not bring toters in after pickup (left on curb strip behind car from last week), do not clean up trash that spills out and over into the driveway, onto the sidewalk or into the street. This problem has been going on for years. Can the property owners be made to get a commercial dumpster that is kept in the rear of the building? And if the residents don't dispose of their garbage properly at least the rest of the neighborhood won't have to deal with it.a
