EXTREME OUTSIDE BLIGHT at 40 Adeline St. NEEDS ATTENTION TODAY!!! This property owner should be notified and given 48 hours at the most to clean up or be fined the maximum daily amount until either they cleanup or the City clean up. But cleanup MUST take place by owner or City within the next 5 days!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
