Kirk,
This property has been leased by a nearby property owner for use as a garden. As part of the garden agreement, they are supposed to keep the property mowed. I have contacted our Garden Program Coordinator, John Krohn, to notify his of this issue and have directed him to contact the gardener to get the property mowed ASAP.
