The snow has not been removed from the sidewalk at this property this entire winter. It has frontage on Delbrook and Jolly road. It is a shame we have a "snow ordinance" and it isn't worth the paper it is written on. Now that it has just about all melted, it isn't an issue. It appears that sidewalk snow removal is optional.
